What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 8:45

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Focus on the type of person you are and the type of person you want to become. Mars does not expect you to be a functional expert in your role when you are applying and will fully work with you to teach you everything you need to know. The focus points of the application are therefore your learning agility and your ability and willingness to work on your own personal development.

Do you have any interview tips?

It is fine to make mistakes and admit to some wrong, as long as you show the ability to learn from this and take key things that you could have and will do differently in the future.

The interviews include all the usual of individual interviews, case studies, presentations, group excercises and role-play negotiations.
