What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
There are many different aspects to the job role. Every day is different and provides different challenges. You are chucked straight into the deep end but I have learnt so much in such a short space of time and I have also been provided with many opportunities I would not have received if it weren't for this job.
Worst
Tight deadlines with high work which can be very stressful. I am a contract Nutritionist for 3 separate contracts which means the workload is huge for one person alone. There are hundreds of special diets to create for each menu rotation and I don't have the time to provide added value. Too much responsibility placed on me when I am only a graduate.
