What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Freedom to work from home or in the office at any time after the initial 6 months.
Extremely helpful, friendly and supportive people across the company.
Great understanding and support of employee health - both physical and mental.
Worst
Sometimes heavy workload and tight deadlines will see you working through lunch or after hours.
No set tasks after induction which can make it difficult to know what to spend your time on until you find someone to point you in the right direction.
