What hours do you actually work, on average?
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
In TK maxx it's not that important what degree you have done or what grades you have achieved, they're looking for people to fit the culture. First things first I would research the culture and model any answers to questions around that, that's shows you've done your homework.
Do you have any interview tips?
They always like to ask at least one whacky question.
Mine was "If you were a road sign, what road sign would you be?"
Overall the interviews are really relaxed and I never felt that much under pressure whilst in them. Though I would say they ask everyone for feedback on you, keep your A-game on you throughout the entire process, if someone overhears you say something at lunch, you will be judged over it.
