The company is very 'down to earth' so I would advise to be open and honest and also to research E.ON and the wider industry before applying.

Be yourself, don't be disheartened by not knowing technical questions as it is expected you will learn the technicalities of roles after starting. Decisions at interviews are more based on attitude and soft skills, so enthusiasm and willingness to learn are crucial.
