What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself. Answer honestly and candidly, rather than trying to second guess what they want. Try to go to a recruitment event at a university, or get in touch with a graduate (linkedin!) to find out more about what the scheme entails - especially the Retail scheme, as it may surprise you.
Do you have any interview tips?
Have a few intelligent questions to ask the interviewers. Dress smartly, be polite, but also engage with everyone, including the other applicants. You really aren't competing.
