What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Complete IQ tests online prior to taking the aptitude tests, they are of a similar style and getting some practise thinking in that specific way really helps.
Do you have any interview tips?
Read up on all he sectors that the company operated in, not just the sector you are applying for.
Make sure that you know why you would prefer to work for RR than any other company, I was asked why I was not applying for GE for example.
Don't be afraid to say that you don't know the answer in the technical interview, but if you don't know the answer, tell them and then try to give an educated guess explaining your thought process or ask for more information if necessary.
