What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
You're exposed to a number of areas in supply chain, so can build a network easily and develop an understanding of end to end supply chain.
Worst
Roles don't seem to test the graduates enough compared to other companies I know of, and I think it leads to less developed talent. More should be done to develop future leaders within the organisation by putting them out of their comfort zone.
