What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Get to grips with the behavioural asks of Nestle - the culture is key and they are more interested in your potential, and ability to adapt and to learn new things than they are in your previous technical experience; you are expected to learn on the job, not know it all already. So have some key examples ready of each behaviour you are likely to be asked about and be prepared to back this up and be challenged on these.
