What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The challenge of having high responsibility roles and tasks. I am trusted to be self motivated and to take ownership of my tasks, which is empowering and very rewarding.
Worst
The IT and tech systems which are clunky and require lots of manual time consuming work where little or no skill is required.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Finish: 17:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just be yourself and be honest and open about what you want from your career and employer as well as highlighting what you bring to the table as a candidate through your skills and experience. As it is a grad scheme I would encourage you to ask questions on other roles and departments in the business as well as just the initial role being applied for.
