What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do spend time on your online application form (though I feel this is obvious) and do a little bit of reading on the company website. Don't expect to understand everything there though! Pretty much everything on the website was new to me and I still did just fine. I'd also make sure you are really interested in the role. The interview process is fairly intense and will be extra tough if you aren't even fussed about the job at the end.
Do you have any interview tips?
There are 2 interview stages and the most important advice for them I can give is try to enjoy yourself. This might seem silly, as there are loads of tests to do, but if you just relax, and try to enjoy thinking about the challenging problems you are posed, you'll perform much better. Don't worry if you get stuck on a problem during one of the tests, as you'll have the opportunity to discuss it later in an interview. And in the second round interview, try to relax and just enjoy the dinner/overnight stay. It isn't part of the interview, so don't act too artificially. You'll just annoy the other candidates and people from the company.
