What hours do you actually work, on average?
Start: 8:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The application process is ideal; nicely avoiding a raft of questions and psychometric tests that other employers seem to push on applicants. Submitting a curriculum vitae, application form, attending interview and taking part in an assessed group task was refreshing and meant less time away from studies repeating the usual large questions.
Do you have any interview tips?
I was grilled on my systems engineering knowledge and university experience by the head of systems engineering on site; this was more motivational than worrying and it was good to know that graduates are valued highly enough for interviews to be conducted by members of the Senior Leadership Team themselves.
