What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I am currently in a hybrid role, taking care of the internal recruitment and training the people that I get to hire. It gives me a great sense of accomplishment to be able to see how people progress from their first interaction with me in the recruitment process to when they actually become independent consultants. It makes me very motivated as my work is reflected in their success and it's reassuring that I'm doing a good job. Additionally, I am extremely lucky to have incredible Team Leaders that I see as my mentors that have always supported me not only in my professional development but also helping me organize myself in order to progress faster and reach my personal goals.

Worst

Not related directly with the company, but I do sometimes struggle with leaving work behind because of the nature of my role. I am actively working on finding a better work life balance.
