What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Placing people in jobs that you have worked hard for a helping people find new jobs which they enjoy - improving their lives through work.
Also speaking to a range of people on a daily basis regarding roles and finding out why they chose that role / path.
Worst
Admin side where we have to do the compliance, people can be unpredictable and it is hard to understand the challenges you may face.
People pulling out for other offers and having to rework a role you just secured but that is the nature of the industry and job.
