What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Try to come and visit the office. When I first came for the assessment centre, I loved how lively it was and knew I would settle in here.

Do you have any interview tips?

I know every company says it but you need to be yourself. They are definitely more interested in your personality in the interview rather than how smart you are. If they did not think you were technical enough, you would not be sitting in an interview already.
