What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do your homework on the company's products and try to understand a little about our chosen market sectors. Try to also think how you can make improvements to things and how you could fit in the Business as a young, highly educated individual in an ever changing field.
Do you have any interview tips?
Individual interviews - come with good examples of how you can demonstrate the skills we need (check the grad job description).
Group assessment centres - dominate but don't dominate the Group exercises. Be a leader, but also demonstrate you can follow.
