What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do your research on the company. Find out about the history and speak to existing graduates as they provide a great insight - as they did for me. Go round one of our developments (including a David Wilson development) to see how it's done. Be honest - they're looking for the person who will fit in - not necessarily reams of qualifications.
