What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be ready for a challenge. Be a team player. Be yourself. Have good examples of competency based questions and allow plenty of time to get the application done as early as possible. Applications still need to be processed so you want to be at the front of the queue.

Do you have any interview tips?

Don't try to be someone you think Fujitsu wants, but aim to demonstrate all of your personal skills, best attributes and relevant experience in the various situations you might be asked. If what you demonstrate matches with what Fujitsu want, then Fujitsu could be right for you. If it doesn't match then it's not a problem because another company may be a better fit for you, so don't be disappointed. If you have good communication skills, enjoy working in a team and have drive and determination you will really enjoy working at Fujitsu. Just be yourself and be positive.
