What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself! Although my degree has prepared me to a certain level, most of my role I have learnt on the job and it has been made much easier getting on with people in the department.
Show an active interest in the company and what they are currently working on. Have a clear understanding of why you want to work for Crest as opposed to another house builder. Understand what differentiates Crest from other developers of a similar size.
