We look for smart and motivated people, and weight academic achievements very highly so think about maths challenges, good degree results etc.
Do you have any interview tips?
You don't need specific coding skills, but you need to be able to think analytically. Prepare for problems that ask you to make robust algorithms in a variety of forms.
