What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Really take your time on the application, and make sure you get a final proof done before submitting. I'd also recommend having a friend read over it beforehand too. This is the only thing they look at before they decide if they want to invite you to assessment centres - you don't get a telephone interview - so make sure you reflect your best self from the offset!
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself! It's the oldest trick in the book, but in this case it's definitely the best advice. IBM like to hire people, not CVs - they want to see the real you, to see that you are interested, passionate and engaged. If you worry too much beforehand, you won't project your true personality in the interview and they may not think you're right for the role, so really try to show your true colours.
