What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be patient. After you've submitted your application, it will take a long time for you to hear back. And that's at every stage. It's not unknown to go three months between stages, and you won't hear much (if anything) from the HR people during this time. Don't panic, and stay positive during these long waits.
Do you have any interview tips?
Don't try to be someone you're not. IBM have excellent people doing interviews and assessments and if they detect lies, they won't hesitate to call you out on it. Also don't assume you need to be an IT expert to work here, IBM takes people with all sorts of backgrounds, and your experience (however small) will be of benefit to us.
