What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared to be challenged and work in a role with responsibility right away. Accenture recognises proactive and motivated people, you also won't always get to do what you want.. so you should be open to learning new skills and confronting new challenges.
Do you have any interview tips?
A high-level understanding of consulting, the industry in general & technology helps but really they're looking for the right social skill set or specific technical experience (depending on what you're interviewing for). Relax & be yourself, they know what they're looking for and won't be fooled by an act.
