What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be honest but results focused in your application. Do not put anything you didn't do on your CV (that's an obvious one). Make sure you have references in order for everything on your application, they will ask for all of them. Be results focused and driven, but also be yourself, experienced recruiters see through facades.

Do you have any interview tips?

Read up on the online case studies, you will be expected to respond to problems in a similar way to an Accenture Consultant and suggest technology solutions. Have good business acumen, read the papers and the Accenture Newsroom articles about new acquisitions and contracts won. Be a team player at all times during the interview process. Be yourself faking it is not appreciated.
