What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

1) Do your research. You have probably heard it a hundred times, but it is true. The trick is to make sure you relate the values of the company to you. It shows that you have not just done your homework and looked at their website, but that you thought about it and REALLY are the best fit for the company.
Check out LinkedIn, etc.
2) Go to events, presentations, etc. and write down the names of the people you talked to so that you can mention them on your cover letter or during your interview.

Do you have any interview tips?

I am not saying it is easy, I am saying that preparing it definitely pays off and makes the process way more enjoyable! I had fun during my assessment day and felt confident in my answers during the interview because I had thought of it before hand.
For example, make a list of common questions and underneath bullet point the main things that you would like to include in your answers (examples, but also key words from the company culture, projects, clients, etc.).
