What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself and be honest. I did a lot of interviews for graduate positions and this was the only company that I actually enjoyed interviewing for. I got along best with the people at this assessment centre and the feel of the company was more supportive than any other consultancies I worked and interviewed for.
Do you have any interview tips?
Think digital. Knowing your interviewer and the company is hugely beneficial and don't be afraid to have a good dig on LinkedIn and news websites before attending assessment centres. Also reach out to any recruiters you meet at careers events or fairs so they can offer you more specific advice depending on the role you are applying for.
