What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Rotating every six months allows to get a better understanding of the internal functioning of the company, and to understand the links between teams and functions. Also, it allows you to build a good professional and personal network.
Worst
In six months you manage to become the owner of some activities and to be on top of what you are meant to do, but then you have to change position just when you feel you are becoming more knowledgeable and autonomous.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Check the news and not only the company website. LG has gone through a very dynamic year, so try to have as many sources as possible, it will come handy when discussing the company position in the current market environment.
Do you have any interview tips?
When preparing and discussing the business case, focus less on getting the numbers 100% right and more on having a solid story to tell. Explaining the reasoning behind the numbers is more relevant than the numbers themselves.
