What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just think about your answers to common questions in advance. Plan your application, take some time over it to make sure it says what you want it to say about you. Once you get through the application stage to actual interviews and assessment exercises, just try to be yourself, and polite. Managers will often put more emphasis on a personality that they think will fit their organisation than just success at the task.
