What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Every day is different and I am constantly challenged in the workplace. I never know what to expect but it makes the job a lot more exciting and keeps me engaged.
I also enjoy all of the training I get from Barratt's and the amount of work they do with you on personal development as well as the development in your role.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Start: 08:00
Finish: 17:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do as much research about the Company and the Industry as possible, but don't be worried if you don't know everything about the role. They pride themselves on their people and they are not too worried if you don't have all of the knowledge because they can teach you that. Answer questions with your instincts and don't think about it too much.
Do you have any interview tips?
I would advise anyone who gets to the interview stage to just be themselves. They want people who are authentic and have a passion for the role they're applying for. If at any point you get stuck, don't try and pretend you know something, just be honest and say you don't.
