The people - this company has so many fantastic people within it, you will make friends for life and will never be short of people willing to help and wishing you to succeed. Alongside a great social calendar and plenty of laughs and smiles on the way.

Worst

Stress - The role can be very stressful at times, with long hours but this is balanced with holidays and time in lieu. It is just about learning to take it in your stride and knowing you will always get there in the end.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I met Willmott Dixon at a career fair and due to my circumstances and experience, I did not follow the conventional application procedure so I don't feel this is an area I can advise on.

Do you have any interview tips?

Ask about the company, show an interest, but also show that you have researched them and what they are about. This company is about working together and being proud of what you do so reflect this back to the interviewer.
Always have a few questions prepared, more so than just how much do I get paid and how much holiday, show you are interested in the role, learning, experience etc.
