What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
MoFo are very careful to recruit a candidate who will be a good fit in the office as well as an excellent lawyer. This is why all candidates must do the vacation scheme to get through to final interviews for the training contract. My advice would be to use this two weeks to prove not only your potential as a lawyer but also how well you would fit in with the team.
