What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Obviously getting good grades is important, but having a life outside of studying is vital too.
Make sure you make the most of all your experiences in your applications and emphasise how they have developed you. Vapidly saying "I'm a team player" isn't impressive - use examples to back up your statements.
Do you have any interview tips?
Sell yourself. It isn't always easy (the balance between self promotion and narcissism can be a tricky one!) but you need to promote yourself - why should anyone else?
