What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest about your wine knowledge from the start. It doesn't matter if you don't know anything, as long as you want to learn, then it's fine. But do at least have an opinion on wine; from the get go people will ask your opinion.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be enthusiastic and energetic, because they want that in the stores. You don't have to show leadership skills, just be honest about how well you work in teams, because they become like your family. Look on the website for the Majestic principles, they love it if you know about them before hand.
