Emphasise your passion for and experience working in customer service, are you capable of listening to and holding conversation with customers.
Show a willingless to learn and know that it doesn't matter if you know very little about wine, as long as you are keen to amend this.
Try to be comfortable in order to show your personality. Be prepared to talk about some of your interests to demonstrate to the interviewer that you will make good conversation in store.
