Just be honest, you're asked in interview about your application. Experience in customer service definitely is an advantage.
Do you have any interview tips?
Know a lot about the company, Majestic is changing a lot at the moment (for the better!) and you should know about what is happening and changing. Don't worry you won't be expected to know a lot about wine! Just be open minded and passionate.
