Best
Opportunity to visit lots of different DHL sites
Lots of support on offer - mentor, buddy etc.
Lots of responsibility - no micro managing
Chance to work on real projects
Worst
Lots of graduates (100+) - mostly in different offices so don't get the chance to see each other often
Big business - easy to get lost and forgotten if not proactive

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Application has changed since I applied - some general advice is to make sure you stand out and be unique (it's very easy to get lost when 2000+ people are applying).
Do you have any interview tips?
The main tip for the assessment centre is to be sociable and interact - the team love those who can hold a good conversation/are a people person.
Questions for me included - why DHL, describe your typical weekend, how do you cope with conflict and how would you describe working in logistics to your friends.
