Be relaxed and be yourself. This is not your traditional corporate PLC company. They value your individual personality and diversity.
List to the questions and answer what your interviewer is asking you. Don't waffle on and go off on a tangent. Delivery with confidence and know that not all situational questions are work related, chances are as a graduate your experience is minimal so use your experiences that can relate to questions being asked. However, if you do have work related experience, by all means present it.
