Be yourself. The variety of personalities and backgrounds in the trainee group at the moment shows that AG don't look for a type. Individuality matters.

Read up on commercial awareness and developments expected in the Legal Sector in the next few years as this is bound to come up. Also have plenty of examples to give in an answer to questions about teamwork, your ambitions and challenges you have faced.
