What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't try and second guess what they are looking for too much in answering the application questions. Try to be honest in your responses - a realistic level of enthusiasm based on your experiences will probably be better received than overblown and extravagant claims.
Do you have any interview tips?
Remember that it's potential they are looking for, so don't try to over-compensate and bluff if you don't know the answer to something. Don't get too wound up about "commercial awareness" either. It may seem trite, but an "awareness" will suffice; don't worry so much about convincing the interviewers that you are some sort of commercial master and be yourself at interview.
