Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you research the firm well first and know what work we do; really focus in on PLS or BLS - the two sides of the business don't really work together, so you will need to be firmly in one camp or the other; don't be put off if you are coming from an unconventional background - candidates who have come straight from university/law school (like me) seem to be in the minority.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you are well-prepared and have thought about your motivations. Make sure you also have a think about your CV and how you can demonstrate certain key skills from your experience. My final training contract interview on the vacation scheme felt rather informal although I was asked lots of questions.
