What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be very truthful to who you are when you apply, within reason. Establish yourself in a working-life context and find out what that part of your identity is before you make an application to see if the firm is a good fit for you. If you are straight out of university, or still in university, then try and work someplace for a while to find out what fits best. Don't do it for the paycheck, do it for the experience.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be thoroughly prepared. Don't obsess over first impressions or presentation; be more concerned about intrinsically being ready to the core to answer questions about who you are, how you came to be where you are, why you want to work at the firm and what you are going to bring to the table. Try and obtain legal experience in conducting document analysis and team challenges. Attend open days and/or vacation scheme if you can. If you really want to get in here, apply to a few other places that you can 'burn' to build experience prior to your interview.
