Ensure you tailor your application to the office you are applying for and highlight how you would fit in with the firm's down to earth culture. Demonstrate an interest in our large transactional departments rather than niche areas we may not give trainees exposure to.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself as personality goes a long way and do not think that you need to have run a business in order to be commercially aware. It is about demonstrating that you understand how businesses work.
