Focus on the international nature of the role, I never truly realised how global the firm was until I got here. You are not just a London lawyer but a world one.

Be honest, open and upfront. This is a very nice group of people with no egos. If you've got to the interview stage it's likely because they think you are bright enough; it's about connecting with the individuals then.
