What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The job offers good levels of responsibility, with trainees being added to M&A deals within their first week of being in the team.
Worst
Trainees are expected to undertake exams alongside their training contract, but are given no study leave for exams meaning trainees usually work late nights and weekends. The prep course provided by the firm is extremely limited and only provides 30 mins contact time, and no teaching time.
Trainees are thus extremely stressed and have no work/life balance.
