- In-depth preparation is key - the firm specialises in certain areas of law and so, for example, this would not be the right place to train if you want exposure to niche areas of law (e.g. pensions).

Do you have any interview tips?
General interview questions based around competency and commercial awareness. My interviewers allowed me to dictate my interview. For example, if I raised a certain topic in the commercial press at the time, my interviewers would ask me spin off questions based around this topic. Have a broad overview of the commercial press and focus preparations on competency questions and passion for working at the firm.
