What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Trainees tend to have big personalities. Boring, corporatey application forms will get you nowhere. Throw a joke or a zany comment in.
Don't be afraid to emphasise any commercial experience you have. It doesn't matter if it isn't legal. Any previous job you have had would have given you insight on how a business is run or how you think it could be more efficient etc. It's these type of perceptions they want you to be able to demonstrate.
