Best

We get great clients in all areas that we work in, so you are working on some of the best cases. Given a high level of responsibility but also very supported by colleagues. Everyone genuinely wants to help clients get the best outcomes.

Worst

Quite high targets.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Think about why the firm is the right fit for you and the things you genuinely like about it (not just things you think the firm want to hear, although hopefully there will be some crossover). If there isn't anything that stands out to you that you really like or you're not excited to work there, it's probably not the right fit. Show the firm you have spoken to people who work there and you understand what the culture/work is like.

Review your experience and think about times when you have shown the key skills the interviewer will be looking for. Think about what each example shows, e.g. teamwork, good communication, attention to detail. Be able to adapt your answers for any unexpected questions. Use the STAR formula. Show enthusiasm and ask a few questions which show you know about the firm.
