What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Apply for as many training contracts as possible to increase your chances of getting through to interview stage.
Proof-read your application more than once. Read it out loud. Competition is fierce and small errors are an easy way to discount applicants.
Do you have any interview tips?
Guage your interviewers' style but try and be relaxed and yourself. Be someone that your interviewers would want to work with (you can joke!) and don't put on a front - you won't be able to/want to keep this up for the 2 years of your training contract.
