What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The obvious: really think about why Bird & Bird? It is transparent when applicants copy and paste answers from other applications. Highlight the different experiences you have and what you can bring to the firm; people who work here come from a range of backgrounds rather than just law.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interviewers are good at putting you at ease; you don't feel like you are being grilled but are just having a chat. That's not to say that they won't challenge your mind and ask your opinion on topical things in the news or otherwise; this is really to see how you respond to the challenge rather than to judge your opinion so be confident and be yourself.
