What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Try to differentiate yourself by using as many examples as possible when filling out the application form. Make sure when you are answering the competency questions that you can apply your own experience to that particular scenario.

Do you have any interview tips?

The interview I had was more of a conversation rather than a direct interview. It gave me a good opportunity to show the firm my personality. They will often follow up on questions from the application form. For example, one of the questions was to describe a successful business and why they are successful. In my interview, this was challenged by the interviewers so I had to put my arguments forward again.
